"Dcombo"
There is a chord pattern he plays which I will refer to as Dcombo rather than taking up 
space below to help you play along to the song using the lyrics as guidance.

"Dcombo" consists of three D chords - D7sus, D7sus4 and D7. The D7sus is played for 2 
beats (strummed on each beat), D7sus4 for two beats (strummed once) to the D7 which is 
played for another 4 beats (strummed twice).

Also, between the last part of each verse into the chorus, Rayland "walks up" to the C 
chord from by playing the fifth (A) string open followed by a B note (2nd fret) before 
playing the C chord.
