It differs from the album version primarily in its layering: the electric guitar is much more prominent live, while the original version (which appeared on "Never Say Dinosaur") is much more acoustic-natured and even has a mandolin in the intro. The electric has some pretty heavy distortion on it, along with some overdrive and a quick wah near the end and the acoustic has some heavy chorus on it. Also, watch the rhythm in the acoustic riff-it's slightly different from the original version in timing and the F in on the d-string comes sooner than expected (listen and you'll hear it-it's syncopated).
