I don't have a whammy bar or pitch pedal and I'm not Dime so cut me some
slack here, but this is my best guess and should get you started. If you
have a pitch pedal I feel like you won't need the notes on the 1st string,
and since you would run off the fretboard unless your guitar has 27 frets
