John Abercrombie was a hugely influental jazz/fusion guitarist of the 70's and
80's, unfortunately he passed
away recently and too soon. Timeless was his first of many albums - with Jan
Hammer on keys and Jack
DeJohnette on drums, and the title track is a true modern jazz classic.
The following is an arrangement of the original electric version (Timeless
album) and the
Coryell/Assad/Abercrombie acoustic guitar version (Three Guitars album)

For the original (electric) version the sequence is basically 3x Theme, 2x
Bridge, Theme, Run, 2x
Theme - the acoustic version is abbreviated by about half. Listen to the
album for locations of fills,
variations, etc.
