Jared plays around with the C chord right before restarting the line. Im pretty
sure he just does a pull
and then a hammer onto that 4th string right before he goes back into the new
line.
The pre-chorus has a Dsus [xx0233] which resolves down to the Dmaj chord.

The Chorus has a odd riff right at the end of the second to last line. I've
marked it Dm, but you realy just
switch your third finger to the second string on 3 and play it at the last
second. so you switch from
F [133211] to an odd Dm [xxx231] for a breif moment
with all of this riffs Jared does, just list to the song and try to play them.
He's really good at those
suttle riffs.
