Tuning: E A D G B E
Capo: 2nd fret

It’s important to get the strum pattern right on the verse by listening to the original. I tried to write the
chord changes as accurately as possible above the lyrics but it’s very quick in some places.
At the end of the chorus, when going from F to Am I slide from normal a F to a Am power chord which is 577555
(relative to capo) but you can just play a normal Am if you prefer.

Capo: 2nd fret

Some people say use a capo on the 2nd fret, but its not needed.
Its a tradeoff really, it makes the verse E chords easier,
but makes the verse D chords arpeggio more difficult.

There are actually two lead guitars layered in the outro on top of the
rhythm guitar. The more prominent one is the same from the regular Post-
Chorus part - it is silent during the first two chords (A and Bm), and
then plays the G and D (Bm) arpeggio. The second guitar only appears in the
outro and it starts in after the second repeat. It plays a quick arpeggio
between A and Bm, down to G and back to A and Bm. Listen to the record
carefully and you can hear it. I've just made the arrangement above to
try to capture both parts, but its not 100% correct.

Lyrics
Why do you come here?
And why-y-y, why do you hang around?
I'm so sorry
I'm so so-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh
Why do you come here, when you know it makes things hard for me?
When you know, oh why do you come?
Why do you telephone?
And why-y-y, send me silly notes?
I'm so sorry
I'm so so-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh
Why do you come here, when you know it makes things hard for me?
When you know, oh why do you come?
You have to sneak into my room, just to read my diary
It was a just to see, just to see
all the things you knew I'd written about you
Oh so many illustrations oh but
I'm so very sickened, I am so sickened now
It was a good lay, good lay,
It was a good lay, good lay,
It was a good lay, good lay, oh oh
