I Don't Need Another Thrill by Roger Clyne

        I Don't Need Another Thrill

G A D G A D
D Bm A G G A D
                        G A D
I poked a pistol in the eye
                        G A D
Lit up a powder keg and rode it to the sky
          D Bm A G
Yeah, the Reaper even calls me for his alibi
       G A D
I sang Cerberus to sleep with a rock'n'roll lullaby
G A D G A D

I made a congregation weep
Never packed a parachute to Lover's Leap
Yeah I been dancin' with the Devil, baby, cheek to cheek
Thought I was strong until you came and made me weak

Now I don't need another thrill
Just hold my hand I can stand to stand still
Hear me screamin' Baby, I want you! Baby, I need you!
And honey, I don't need another thrill

So to a queen I've never bowed
Never been a pawn or a fool I was way too proud
Give me a lighting rod and I can stab a thundercloud
But now for you I can't stop cryin' out loud

Chorus
Inst verse
D A G
All of my words have failed me
   D A G
My tongue and my heart have conspired to jail me
G A D
Never thought I'd need someone to save me now
G A D
I'll be free as soon as you enslave me

Inst verse
Chorus
Rpt last two lines of chorus
I don't need another thrill x 4

Listen to the song for the location of the main lead and the fill. It is a much more
simple song than it sounds at first. There is also a solo type part that I am unsure
of. It is played over the main lead and the rhythm after the second solo leading to
the bridge.
