With Closed Eyes by Shannon Wright With Closed Eyes Tuning: D G D G B E (Gadd6 tuning) tune low E down to D and A string down to G Tempo : approx. 128bpm Time sign. : 3/4 Intro (Anyone want to arrange this mellotron ? these overdubbed flutes ?) This is the most difficult part, the Main Riff : the notes on the 2 lower strings (the strings re-tuned to D and G) should be picked (yes PICKED, holding a pick between thumb and index finger, or using a thumbpick) leaving one of your other fingers to pluck the melody on the 4th string. Let those notes on the fourth string ring while maintaining that percussive bass-line by hammering the 7th and 8th fret of the G String and accentuating those open D and G stings.
