Rotten Ol Me by Shakey Graves

                                  Rotten Ol Me

Shakey does this song in open D tuning, but I tabbed it in standard tuning.(I will make a video on how to play
this in Open D soon, its actually easier than standard)

For the D lick in the opening, middle, and end, strum the D chord then pluck the d,b and e strings (4,2,1)
together(or all 4), then slide to first fret and pluck, then pluck it open , then go back too D and pluck.
(Alternate way of doing the lick, the D u wanna use here is similar to the Bm(its in the variations D/F#), just
move the pinky too 5th fret 5 string, pluck strings a,b,e (5,1,2) now slide all fingers 1 fret back , pluck
and then slide fingers 1 fret back again and pluck(which will be a C), then back too a barred D and pluck.)

5th string, or you can do a regular D and then wrap your thumb over 2nd fret 6th string)

D/F# Bm
So I'll enjoy, that I've made so many bad decisions in my time
                              D/F#
I don't quite know whether to stay or go
                                  Bm
Well such a good time, but do you let it show?
                   D/F#
Well, you know the truth may be
                                     Bm
That trouble only finds me when I'm fast asleep
                                     D/F#
I scream of how I'm losing all my precious time
                              Bm
You say you're never on the winning side (BOOM lol)
                 G D A G#
Well, welcome to me, my foe, my friend
G D A
Cause, if loves the way then love must be the end
